Another amazing question. It’s true, we do have some items at the trade counter we do not offer online. This is mainly due to keeping the number of products on our website down enough so that you can see the key items. In store, we offer tools, various cable spools, fixtures and fittings and general DIY items such as caulk, screws/plugs, cable ties, etc. The goal if you come to the trade store is that you don’t need to make a 2nd or 3rd stop to buy what we don’t sell!
